Blind Faith Friday Katie Elmore

Welcome to Blind Faith Friday's.  Real people taking a leap of faith and trying something out of the ordinary to restore their health, energy, and happiness.  In this episode Brad interviews his sister Katie Elmore.  Katie is a stay at home mom who also home schools both her boys.  She has an overwhelming scheduling trying to be everything for everyone in her household and over the years it had taken a toll on her health.  She was able to balance out her Thyroid, find great energy, and lose weight she had been trying to get rid of for years.  She has successfully been able to maintain her results for over 9 months now and counting. Blind Faith Friday: Lisa McAlpine from Scotland

I am excited to introduce you to Lisa McAlpine from Scotland who jumped in with blind faith and did the Stark Naked 21 Day Metabolic Reset back in late May 2016.  This was my first time actually meeting Lisa live so I really enjoyed our conversation and getting to know who Lisa is and what she is about.  Lisa is a competitive Hammer Thrower in Scotland and also trains Crossfit.  She shares her results from the program, how the results have lasted and also the easy and tough parts of the program throughout her journey.  Enjoy the show and enjoy getting to know Lisa!

Blind Faith Friday: Brian Burnette

Every Friday we will be sharing real world transformation stories of clients who took a leap of faith and applied the strategies we discuss here on Relax and Conquer Radio.  

Today we explore Brian Burnette's first 30 days on the plan.  Brian is the President of James River Exteriors out of Richmond, Virginia.  He is an ex-college football player who like most high level executives has been dealing with extreme fatigue, brain fog, and irritability due to being extremely overwhelmed  for the last few years.  The one major difference is most executives are dealing with this in their mid 40's to mid 50's,  Brian is only 33.  

After hearing Brad speak at a Vistage meeting, Brian decided to take the leap of faith and hire Brad to coach him through the Reset and Optimization strategies explored on Relax and Conquer Radio.  The results Brian has experience over the first 30 days have been incredible.  If you are tired, irritable, experiencing brain fog and feel like there is no where to turn take a listen to Brian's experience.  There is hope!
