Welcome back to another episode of Relax and Conquer Radio.  Brad and Ruth are excited to be back from their short hiatus to recover and re-energize! In this episode they discuss the world of cutting weight for sport.  Ruth shares her experience of safely and effectively cutting weight for a recent weightlifting competition so she could compete at a lower weight class.  Brad shares his experience working with a number of athletes this past year in sports such as weightlifting and boxing.  If you are an athlete that compete's in weight classes there are a ton of gems in this episode helping to cut the weight safely and strategies to cut those last few pounds prior to your event, but also how to rehydrate and re-feed strategically to perform at your best.
