Have you ever wondered what your kids need to be healthy and fit? In this episode I wanted to share a wonderful conversation I recently had with Jeff and Mikki Martin from Brand X Method.  As many of you know I have young kids and I want to set them off on the right foot into this world, but man teaching them health and fitness in todays environment is tough! So I went to the best and we explored all the negative things kids are exposed to these days and how to overcome them.  Things like being forced to specialize in sport at such young ages, and the effects technology is now having on our kids.  If you have children this is a must listen to show.

Welcome back to another episode of Relax and Conquer Radio.  Brad and Ruth are excited to be back from their short hiatus to recover and re-energize! In this episode they discuss the world of cutting weight for sport.  Ruth shares her experience of safely and effectively cutting weight for a recent weightlifting competition so she could compete at a lower weight class.  Brad shares his experience working with a number of athletes this past year in sports such as weightlifting and boxing.  If you are an athlete that compete's in weight classes there are a ton of gems in this episode helping to cut the weight safely and strategies to cut those last few pounds prior to your event, but also how to rehydrate and re-feed strategically to perform at your best.
